I Wish I'd Known... How Much I'd Love You is the first book created by I Wish I'd Known. In this book, read along as parents journey with their children through health problems, stress, and discrimination with genuine love and resilience. A heartfelt foreword by Dr. Andrew Ordon of the TV show, The Doctors, starts the book on the right foot.  IWIK...How Much I'd Love You compiles over 80 stories written by parents of cleft affected children. You will be uplifted as you read through the stories, gaze at the pictures and explore survey data, and pressing questions of the cleft journey.

The second edition titled I Wish I'd Known... Clefts Create Courage is a book overflowing with confidence and joy. You will find this hero theme soul strengthening as you journey through the stories, photos, advice and information gathered from individuals in the cleft community.

No matter your background or experience in the cleft condition, you will be blown away by I Wish I'd Known...

zmy husband and I made idle chit chat with the technician. We talked about the pros and cons of each gender. Everything was looking good but our baby kept covering it’s face. We joked about the baby being coy. The technician kept going over and over the area saying that she wanted a better look. In the midst of this we learned that we were having a girl. We sat in the waiting room and called our respective parents. He assured me that he was excited about a girl and not disappointed. We waited to see my obstetrician. We had approximately 15 minutes of pure joy before our world changed. - See more at: http://www.scarymommy.com/cleft-mom/#sthash.NwmPdcTP.dpuf
